Addendum 3 – Applicant’s amendments – received 18 September 2020

Please amend the application as follows:

1.  The sale of alcohol from 11:00 hours to 23:00 hours 7 days a week;

2. The opening hours from 11:00 to 23:30 7 days a week; the last 30 minutes will be for the consumption of alcohol purchased at or before 23:00 hours and is not considered a licensable activity;

3. The complete removal of Live and Recorded music from the application;

4. The removal of Late-Night Refreshment from the application;

5. Given the removal of live and recorded music from the application, we wish to withdraw condition No 6, offered under the heading Public Nuisance, from the application. This condition is no longer necessary or appropriate given the removal of the Licensable Activities Live and Recorded music.
